Hiccup medicine

Daughter and I came home late last night from Bible Study. Our third child, M, was already sleeping. He is the inquirer. He is FULL of questions. At one point he had the hiccups and asked his papa to please give him medicine for his hiccups. In vain, hubby tried to explain to him that there is no such medicine, but that led to a lot of "why" questions and general disbelief. So, while hubby was busy looking for the hiccup medicine in the medicine box (yes, he gave up and gave in), M fell asleep on our bed. Apparently, falling asleep is the cure since he didn't have the hiccups when I came home to find him sleeping in our bed. :) Who knows? Maybe with all his questioning he may one day find the cure for hiccups? Have a blessed day!
